Back to the thread: I noticed in myself that, for a time, I had trouble cumming behind a b/j for psychological reasons. Among them, it was a form of intimacy I really didn't want to commit to; and, I was ambivalent about the woman's preferences: did she or didn't she REALLY want me to cum in her mouth? Relax. Your BF isn't the only man to experience this. I too am the same way. I have recieved oral sex from a number of different women, all having their own special technique and I haven't "Got off" with any of them. If the "act" of anything lends itself to "frustration" to either of you - that is a "turn off"

From experience, my state of arousal [getting there] is pretty long, and when your partner is determined to "please" at all costs [or almost] the pleasure is lost.

That said: a few different things cure me
