Dragon Ball Z. It's the little avatar thingies you see on this guy, Innova, and random other people here.
It's a popular Japanese anime that was destroyed when Cartoon Network aired it using horrible voice actors and cuttin out a lot of materiel. I use to be a fan, back in like.. High school.

whoa.. dragon ball z is really old. and to think it was basically over in japan by the time it finally arrives in the states.
