Taken Advantage of / being used ...

    Greetings All ...

Does anyone have any of the tell tail signs of being taken advantage of ... Heres the deal .. I went out on a first date with this girl, and I spent a little more then I would have normally spent. Total Funds $700.00 Do you think that she has the perception that I have lots money. Everytime, we talk, we talk about our first date, do you think she is trying to get all she can get out of me? ..

Are their any signs that I should look for? ...

    Thx in advance ...
They may forget what you said, but, they will never forget how you made them feel ...

Yes. Pay attention to your resources dwindling. $700.00 on a first date? Yeah. I'd say you set up some pretty high-end expectations in her mind. Enjoy the ride to which you've now put the wheels.

700 bucks on a first date?!?!?! Or do you mean you have $700 in the bank? I'm so confused.

ok you wanna know if she is a gold digger or not:

go on another date, but this time even rack up a bigger bill. and this time dont take your wallet, not even a penny. leave the credit card and checkbook at home...then go "shit i lostt my money at home...well, looks like you are gonna have to pay"(while trying to keep a straight face) that $700 bucks you spent last night, my friend, is worth seeing that damned look on her face...WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA damn.

did you like take her to the moon for a picnic? thats a little high maintainance..

Just because he chose to spend that much money on a first date doesn't make her a gold digger. It sounds more like he is extravagant.

Well, I guess I am assuming that he spent the money voluntarily, as I doubt she would show up armed for a date. It wouldn't look good with her spagetti-strap top.

However, if she DID show up armed and forced him to spend money like there was no tomorrow, I would call the cops. Also, it might be wise to avoid asking her out again.

    umm money huggers(gold diggers)

dont force guys to spend money, fyi shh. they use a guy and trick him into thinking that she loves him to get him to manipulate him into spending all his ass-paper on her, until someone hints to him or he realizes that she is 'hugging' his money or 'digging' his gold.

but go out on one more date and get your money's worth man!!!!! then trash the *****

$700 (£500) on a first date is outrageous.

I cannot imagine what you did.

For that sort of money you could have taken her for a night out in Prague! (from the UK obviously)...she would have fallen in love with you then for sure......very romantic place, however, I digress....

In direct answers to your questions....

    1. Total Funds $700.00 Do you think that she has the perception that I have lots money.

YES, I would think she does.

    2. Everytime, we talk, we talk about our first date, do you think she is trying to get all she can get out of me?

Its possible. But its more likely that she was amazed with the sort of night out you gave her. If you were going for the WOW factor I think it worked :-)

    3. Are their any signs that I should look for?

Unfortunately not. I would suggest a few less extravagant dates to see if she sticks around.
