As if you needed a thread to tell you this, IceQueen was undeniably right in one of her latest posts (I forget where it was). She mentioned that girls at a younger age are EXACTLY the same. Soooooo right. I realized something this week in classes. I can get a date with absolutely any girl I want to. The same pattern works on all of them. I mind my own business, do my own thing, take notes or whatever, study and pay no attention to anyone else. I'll look up and stretch or something when I get tired of it for a second and I'll look right at her and I'll smile. Then I start doing my thing again and entirely ignore them. Eventually they come over and start a convo. I'll answer with brief answers and show that I have no interest in them what so ever. After a few minutes they ask me out. And I just LOVE to turn them down. I don't know if it's because I go to a school downtown and 95% of the guys there "holla" at girls and make an ass of themselves so when a guy comes along who doesn't pay them any attention they get shocked and gotta know who I am. I'd be curious to hear what MVP thinks of this approach. I dunno if you've mentioned it because I never read those long articles but its worked over a dozen times already. It even works on people I've known for a while, I stop talking to them and eventually they'll always want to get together and get curious about a dating potential. What does everyone think?

A different setting requires a different strategy but, what concerns the classroom (or any other setting), I NEVER "holla" at a girl. Guys that do that do typically make asses out of them selves and get very little ass in the process. Your method is a fairly simple one and I used to practice that to some extent, although I've been tweaking it around. Its important to show chicks you're friendly and confident, while remembering that YOU are the prize and the chicks have to chase you. In a classroom environment a simple strategy like this works pretty well, although, if you were 300 pounds you'd need a few more techniques to land dates, Zekk. This technique is geared to the average to better looking men, not the "less endowed." Turning down chicks can be fun, although I can think of a recent exception to that rule.

In clubs you have to do a little more advertising for yourself although, even in that case, you do not want to appear as if you are very actively interested in a chick. Check my FR on that if you like.

Well, I don't go to clubs or bars so I don't think I'll hafta worry too much about that. And really in the end I don't want to date anyone that's why I turn them down. It is a confidence boost though and I'm willing to be their friend but it seems like once I tell them I don't wanna go out with them they're disappointed and leave. Oh well, I'm just not in the market.

Lots of reasons, I don't really wanna date any girls my own age anymore, they don't know what they want and what they're doing. They're all pretty dumb and fake too.

Zekk: "So what are you into?"
Girl: "I like having fun, hanging out with friends."
Zekk: "You're fired."

I mean seriously. I don't care how weird it is you HAVE TO BE INTERESTED IN SOMETHING. {sigh}

Either way it doesn't matter with my Italian Queen at my side.

yeah, i agree with you that you're not going out with gals at the same age.
it seems like you are interested in gals who have their own unique.
But i think there are some gals who are good enough just like you and they are not interested to hang out with some strangers.
but how easy to find this kind of gals ?

Yeah a truly unique and wonderful girl is extremely hard to find but finding one my age is nearly impossible. I'm sure there are a few out there and I'm sure I may meet a few but right now I'm off the market, I'm not interested in meeting anyone new in a relationship type potential at all.

It's always amusing when men look for T&A, and then complain how the girl they picked to approach is not nearly intellectual enough.

You want intellectual, it's not the trendy/party type of girls you should approach, it's the bookish wallflowers.
