Illusional/tooxshort----How are you guys? Just checking in. Last week was hell at work, so while I was glued to the PC, I just didn't have time to looksie about in LF.
I had planned to get out and go dancing on the weekend 'cause tooxshort made the comment about me needing to go out some posts back. So mid-week I made an appointment to go to a club on Saturday. However, when Saturday rolled around, I said "Ciao" after dinner and went home to sleep. I think I have no friends left after pulling that stunt.

What mischief did you guys get up to?

as for shorty... well i dunno, i might actually cut down on my bartending shifts because jobs at UPS are opening up. i talked to the manager there and drivers make 25 bucks an hour starting. that isn't very bad at all and the benefits are way better than any restuarant business.

chlor... well it's a good thing that you're going out because living like a dork isn't a good way to live.

Living like a dork? Arrrgghhhh. I really need to get out more. I have this goal to try and make as much money now and save as well, while I'm young and have the energy to work stupid hours. Than I will take a year off at 35 to go traveling around.

funny you mention Nomas, he called me the other day ... he's been living in Chihuahua (sp?), Mexico for the past few months ... but came back for thanksgiving with his parents, I think ...

Chad, drivers at UPS get paid pretty well, but i think tips at a bar would add up to about the same ... but on the good side, you'll get buff ...

alright, so i had my first day today at UPS. and it's all manual labor. i'm not a driver, but eventually if there is an opening, i might be able to move up. as for now, i'm gonna try this for a little while and see how things go.

chlor, i also hate having to deal with stupid drivers. personally i swear a lot more when i'm on the road basically because people in general can't drive. as for saving up money, that's a good idea. i just spend mines on liquor hense one of the reasons why i wanted to become a bartender. well the money bartending is really good at nights.

and shorty, so i started to work a few nights and it's really buss ass. but the money is great.
