what ive found in my questioning of this topic- is that it varies from person to person. cuz for the longest time, i always thought it was like you guys have been saying-
1st- makeout
2nd- sneak a feel

but i've found that with my current gf, she (and he friends- apparently they came up with this system together lol) break it down like this-
on the bench- single. hah.
half way to first- kiss
1st- full on making out
between 1st and 2nd (1.5 base)- normal 2nd: touchie touchie
2nd - finger/handjob
2.5 - phone sex (lol me and my gf arent into that- her somewhat slutty friend had that to add.)
3 - oral
3.5 - dry
home- intercourse

so i dont know- maybe this helps to break it down with half bases.
