    Seriously WTF????

Ok so I decided awhile back I was going to start learning more about football. In the past couple months I have learned a lot.

My BF convinced to me to join a fantasy league with him specifically for the playoffs. So ok no big deal. I got some pretty crappy draft picks only because they weren't from the teams I expected to win. But I was still proud because I drafted them myself.

To give you a run down of my team : Tiki Barber( My #1 draft pick), Plaxico Burress, Joey Galloway, Rudi Johnson, Chad Johnson, and Mark Brunell.

with that being said, when Mark Brunell gave me a big goose egg My BF just said that "that sucks". But when he lost his QB Carson Palmer he flipped a lid. He got pissy, and didn't really talk to me. It was no big deal that I lost all my RB and WR's but because there are no more starting quarterbacks he says he's not going to pay the fee and just quit. Mind you I'm sure he'll change his mind about all that and pick up some back up, but good lord!

What the hell? I did this because HE wanted me to get into football and have fun watching the games... He is such a soar loser. He hasn't even talked about football since His team went down. Mind we are ok now, but WTF??? I hate that. I'm always the one that's like "hey don't worry about it, it's just game" and he gets all poopy about everything. UGh! Men, I don't think I'll ever understand you guys at all.

No it honestly wasn't because of that. Well maybe a part of it, but I didn't. I beat him on that game... that game only. I lost all of my good players and won't have anybody good for the remaining 3 weeks so he's not in as bad of a condition as I am. He just gets so pissy about stupid things... grrrrrrr!

It can be tough being a guy. We are expected to be competitive (that's how your bf got you, afterall) but not too competitive. Some guys have difficulty with this. It's usually the very competitive guys who are sore losers. Your bf probably just wanted to win really bad at this fantasy football thing. Put yourself in his situation - he worked hard to build a perfect team only to get shafted. Give him time. He will soon realize it's just a silly game.

Men are poor sports. They have an unnatural need to beat their women. If you want him to feel better, just be sure to emphasize how LUCKY you were, and how much MORE he knows about the game, and next time, draft a crappy team to feed his ego.

Welcome to the world of football.

Men aren't sore losers, but you BF is. Tell him to get over himself.

There are not many things I fear in life, but disappointing you is my greatest.

I love you even with your flaws... I love you because of your flaws.

It is sad, but this is the truth.

Men, who cannot make their own action, or their own destiny, live vicariously through others. IE; a football team.

I played football for years, HS, College, etc. I never watch it on TV or talk about it with a women that I am courting.

If his ego is that fragile, get rid of him. If I were in this situation being the guy that lost, I would have had a lot of fun with it.

Make sure he never wagers on a game; he'll probably end up kicking the dog or something.

Yeah, this is his nature, and Rosebud wants to keep him around. They have a daughter together. If she were only dating him casually, I'd give different advice.
