Do you ever watch the show "Ghost Hunters" on Sci-Fi channel??
    Thanx! You too. :]

Dang! I haven't heard of that show! How about 'Tales From The Crypt' and the 'Twilight Zone' ? I think they had one with 3 episodes all rolled in to one is was Awesome!

I know what you mean, girls like that are so annoying! I liked all this shit at High School and some of my freinds thought I was a Goth and strange because I loved the X-files etc, lol!

Aww you should check it out. It's about a group called T.A.P.S. (Trans-Atlantic Paranormal Society) and they are ghost hunters (obviously) but they try to take a more scientific standpoint.. they go investigate homes/theaters/hotels/ships - pretty much anyplace someone thinks is haunted - and they come in with a whole bunch of hi-tech gadgets.. they setup a whole bunch of cameras, audio recorders, etc and let it run through the night and then go around themselves and investigate with cameras, infrared cameras, EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) recorders, and EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field) detectors... it's really cool to see. And what they try to do is actually DISPROVE hauntings - as in they try to find logical answers to why people might be experiencing what they experience. It's really cool and most the time they don't really catch any physical proof like on cameras or on audio - but they have caught a few things that were REALLY weird and really interesting.. it's a great show!

Yeah I use to watch both those actually :]

Twilight Zone use to scare me pretty bad though when I was little - ever since I saw the episode of the woman on the airplane who kept seeing that CREEPY lookin CREATURE out on the wing of the plane.. I was scarred!! I guess they made that into a movie or somethin?? Must have been pretty popular.

Ahhh man I'd love to see that!

That episode of the Twilight Zone is exactly the one I was thinking of AWESOME! It was more funny than scary I thought, haha! Yeah I think it was quite popular in the early 90's, dunno if they made it into a film though.

They had the best programs and films in the 80's doncha think? I wish I was this age in the 80's, I was born in 1983 so I guess I haven't missed much, lol.

See I first watched it when I was like 6 years old - so it freaked me out pretty good! LoL

I was born in 1982 - but I'm pretty happy to be my age right now, I don't think I would have liked any earlier years heh.

Although I do love older horror movies, even the cheesey ones. My first ever girlfriend I had when I was 16 and I use to rent all the old horror movies and watch them together - good times.

BTW something I've been trying to remember for a long time now - I don't know why I remember this or why it sticks out in my mind - but I remember watching with a friend, I don't know if it was Tales from the Crypt but I think it was - but about a guy who is an artist - and the creatures he draws start coming to life, anyone remember something like this?

ANOTHER thing - is I remember watching like a horror version of Alice in Wonderland. I remember her runnin into a huge spider web.. and that's all I can remember really...

i remember that painter guy, but don't recall what it was either. and there was one with a writer guy whose creatures came to life, too.

the thing that pisses me off the most about my ex's moving out last fall is that he took the texas chainsaw massacre poster, that used to hang over the kitchen sink, with him.

Old horror is way better than todays stuff IMO, remakes are annoying too.

Tone- I think I remember that painter guy thing.

    HANNAH!!

I'm not even gonna lie at first glance THAT GAVE ME THE CREEPS when I opened this thread! LOL!!

Yes - Pennywise the dancing clown gave me MANY nights of looking out into the darkness of my room in fear, and hiding under the covers. I use to always try to sing Aladdin songs to keep my mind off of scary thoughts when I was trying to fall asleep when I was little LOL!

But I think IT is still one of my favorite all time horror flicks, even though it was a TV movie, since it was based off the kickass book (I never read it though lol) it was good. And very very scary when you're like 8 years old.

Hahaha Classic! I hate the bit in the bathroom when all that blood explodes in the sink.

I must admit I can't watch that film on my own, ugh it's Evil lol! I have the book haven't read it though, apprently it's even worse. Whats your favourite Stephen King film? I can't pick, I love 'em all.
