Uh, no. You're a special case in that you are an active drug abuser, and yet it raises your perception of yourself and your activities, even to the point of pride. You don't seem to realize (as I've said before) that most people who have quit, find their lives to be better without the drugs, and that your life often (at least from what we can see from it here) has problems that stem from your drug habits. I.E. the fact that your every solution to a problem, such as your gf getting mad you for DOING drugs, seems to be... doing more drugs. You use drugs not only as a temporary escape, but a permanent haven from real life and that will keep you from many opportunities, most of which only you can offer yourself. You need to realize the difference between recreation, and habitual drug abuse. There's a lot better things to spend your time and money on.

Well I smoke the best weed in the world, so I do appreciate the quality of my smoke, I'm a pot connossuer, and I guess you could say that I do take pride in the fact that I smoke Trinity and Chemo instead of Swhwag and gutter weed.

As far as taking pride in myself.. I am 21, I own my business (make 50K+ a year) I'm a junior in college, I don't have trouble finding pussy, etc....I think you could say I do alright for myself.

I didn't avoid your point. You said I talk shit to drug users, but not those who quit. I said no, its just you. I don't know what business you own, but I'm sure you could use the $50K a year towards something better than a bunch of drugs. And who the hell has pride is shit like weed? Nobody in the real world gives a damn about what type of weed you smoke. Thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard of being proud of. Same with "not having trouble finding pussy." Yeah, it must be great to be such a wonderful guy, especially toward your gf (I have no idea if ya'll are still even together, though her ultimatum was for March or May I think). I'm sure all those drugs are making you real healthy and giving you a nice long fruitful life, sitting in your home (or business) smoking the day away. Damn. What a life. I know plenty of people who smoke, but I don't hate them. Just ask my best friend, or my roommate. They smoke weed, I don't hate them. The difference is, they don't let it control their lives. They don't let it be the end all solution to life, or where they hide when the feel bad like you do. Like I said, drugs aren't the worst thing in the world, but letting them control you the way you do, that's pretty sad.

Well, I suppose that if I'm objective about it, so long as you're not addicted (where your habit negatively affects other aspects of your life) I don't see the problem. No different from a wine aficionado, really. Except that pot is illegal. But so was alcohol once.

Tox, was that to me or Carp? B/c I have had successful arguments with OV. Even got him to concede points once or twice... But it WAS a lot of work, as I recall. Gotta hit OV with irrefutable logic. I enjoy the challenge occasionally.
