Heres the real advice; why not flirt with him when you are talking to him? If you say, for example, that you want to hang out with him or something along those lines, whats the worst that can happen? He might say no., so what? You can find another guy, its not like you are in LOVE with him, just get to know him. In reality, your brain makes it seem x10 worse than it really is. So why not make him a nice comment or something flirty to drop him a hint?

Yeah if you dont get a chance to talk to him, I cant help you. I have the same problem. I always want to talk to some cute girl, but I never hate the chance..not in my class, or sits too far away or just sits there with 5 of her friends around her.

Haha... one time when the class was kinda in a "Free-time" mode, i got up and went to this random girl, pulled out some gum, and said "do you want some?" She looked puzzled, and was like "wtf?" so i said "well, we can smell your breath all the way from over there..." everybody's jaw dropped, and i found out later she developed a crush on me after that--while she had a boyfriend she broke up with him though.
