Think about the reverse question; what can a girl do to win a guys heart? You'll probably find that not only are the items on the list kind of vague, but they might also not apply to all guys.

ok, i'm not at all putting mahouyuki down by saying this, but if a guy has to dig in his pocket, pull out a list and check if this is on it before he helps his girl with her luggage, he's stupid.
These are all things that nice guys do. And being nice isn't something you DO, it's something you ARE. And I don't mean that in a fundamental, you're-either-born-to-be-nice-or-not way. I mean, no matter if you are the stereotypical "nice guy" or if you're kinda mean sometimes, everybody knows how to be nice.

Oh, ok, so, you're looking for things besdies the obvious. that girls look for guys to do. hm. I really can't think of anything right now, besides the obvious, for which I could write a huge list but it'd all be pointless.

Also, the "too nice guys" tend to ignore themselves and their own needs, let themselves be trodden all over possibly even unknowingly by her, which leads to resentment. This is what people understand under the stereotype of the "nice guy" but in fact, most guys are nice to their gfs. So when I say nice, I just mean doing nice things like carrying her luggage from the airport or whatever. I think this is obvious though.
