How can i tell her withour hurting?

My girlfiriend had bought me a birthday present in fact i didnt really like it i dont want to hurt her but i ve to tell her that if i tell her she may really be hurted can you help me?

Depends on what it is.

If it's something you are required to wear, you could do one of two things: Come up with a lame reason why you need to exchange it for something more suited to you (I've come up with some pretty creative ones in the past), or just wear it once or twice while she's around to keep her happy.

If it's just an inanimate object, then I wouldn't bother. I'm sure you have lots of junk you don't use. It's not worth upsetting her over. I wouldn't call this being dishonest.

If you really like this girl then I'm shure you can "put up" with whatever it is and fake that you like it. She probably put alot of thought into it and it isn't worth hurting her feelings over IMO. Not to pry but what was it...I guess I could understand if she bought you a sweater made of razorblades....
