It's a huge LAN. About 1,800 people bring their computers and compete in games for good money. Nothing like the CPL though.

Haha! Basically, at Quakecon everybody plays all games--it's just that the money tournaments are for Quake and Wolfenstein.
After day 1, it's mainly porn-swapping.
