If you're talking about sex, there are some loopholes in terms of what constitutes as statutory rape. But that probably depends upon your state. There are plenty of relationships between 16 and 18 year olds and the law is aware of this. In any case, if her parents did try to pin that on you, they would need some kind of proof. Their only proof would be your girlfriend. And I doubt she would accuse you of such a thing.
In terms of restraining order, unless you were taken to court or went through some legal process, you're in the clear.
Seriously, just don't do anything stupid. Such as smokin' weed, or drinkin' with her or whatever. As there is that "corruption of a minor" stuff. I'm assuming that's not what you're out to do anyway. I'm tellin' you man. You're good. Common sense.
