well overall my diets isn't that healthy althought i'm really into nutrition. i try to eat balanced meals when i'm not drinking, but there are always those occasional getaways to taco bell and jacks. however having a balanced diet and exercise are necessary to retain personal health. too bad that liquor has to play such a huge part of my life..hahah. raverboy
...this is just my perspective on the situation...
