interesting video.. not sure what it has to do with this, though I didn't have time to see it all?

    I have a BMI of 21.6
which, you know, is still okay, but it's different for me because I was always lighter than this.

not all fruit is innocent. but that does sound good. If I had a juicer

I'm using the app called calorieking to monitor everything.. it's actually quite fun! But anyway, Keep maxing out my fat budget for the day and can't get halway on protein and fibre. Everything that has protein seems to also have lots of fat, thus disproving intelligent design.

    Try eggs and tofu.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

ah, good, I had a boiled egg today. gotta do that more often because it's relatively quick, and seems to be one of the few things that has less fat than protein.

I have no idea how to prepare tofu.. It seems to require lots of added stuff to give it flavour. ie, frying oil, spices..?

Cut it in cubes and put it in miso soup with some veges. I like mushroom, green onions, and chopped spinach.

oh, soup sounds like a brilliant way to eat it without the mess of frying it Now that I think about it, I had something similar to that when I was in NYC last time.

    I think i'm getting somewhere, too .

BMI is not an accurate means to gauge your health.

    Just keep that in mind.

BMI is bullshit as muscle weighs more than fat anyway.

(edit: I think I can safely assume that it was weight in body fat, not muscle, seeing as I didn't do any exercise for months)

yeah, it's about how I feel. I started drinking buckets of water, which is probably why 2 lb of water retention came off. that was nice.
I've went walking every day. too much too soon in 3 year old runners.. my shins didn't like that, so I went biking instead. very fun and sweaty. Mortal combat on the ipod made being chased by the neighbours border collie about ten times more scary.
I can't weigh myself because the scales are in my parents room, which is guarded by my mom, who doesn't know what I weigh because.. she'd glare. A lot. It wouldn't be fun. But maybe sweaty.

speaking of which, does everyone else think of sex all the damn time? I really can't stop. I want to squeeze him till we meld into the same person. (Then I'd only have to do half the thinking).. no really, it's driving me crazy.

it seems the HPV vaccine (yes, i'm allowed to derail my own thread) isn't available here. I'll have health insurance when i'm in the US in the summer. Is there any reason I can't get it then?

HPV vaccine is actually a series of three shots over 6 months, Tiay.
