my current:
1 set of 50 pushups,
100 oblique situps
40 lb dumbells, 1 set of 12 reps
1 arm presses, 2 20 lb dumbells, 2 sets of 12
bridges, same amount of weights, 1 set of 10
butterflies, 2 40 lb weights, 3 sets of 10
curl again, 1 set of 12
70 pushups
200 oblique situps
my workout is limited to up to 50 lb dumbells.
