I played diablo at my buddy's house once, and all you did was move a tiny character around with your mouse...and click on enemies to watch it attack. Boooorrriinnnggg. But I do like starcraft. Can't wait until starcraft 2 comes out.

there is a little more to it than that.. it takes a while to learn how many things are incorporated into diablo ii. for example, there are resistances. there are about 40-50 attacks for each character, you can play online.

anyhow, i like older games more than newer.

That's plain-vanilla beer pong, though you're not likely to find a game without some kooky house rules.
come to think of it i remember seeing this somewhere at a friend's party.

OS X is sexy. How you like it? I'm a big Linux guy, so naturally I'm a pretty decent fan of Mac as well.

i'm a big linux guy too. my operating system of choice is ubuntu. i like mac, i am disappointed with the cooling system on my laptop however. it feels like it's going to burn my leg hairs off after 20 minutes, and i am afraid it's going to get too hot and ruin something... i didn't have enough money to buy the ridiculously overpriced warranty that should've been free.

i still have yet to install ubuntu and windows xp on it. i'll probably give ubuntu 30% of the hard drive space and windows xp 5-10%, unless vergeC comes out with mac tools. hell, i might as well just build my own rpg engine, i know enough c++. then i could eliminate windows from my life forever!

Good choice as well. However, Ubuntu is sexy, and there's a huge forum with so much help that I just find it more comfortable to be with a distro like this.

    Plus, it's just the shit.

I work in a dump. Not like a trash dump, but like... a dump. A factory. It's a lame job, but it's damn good money and I make my own schedule, so it's nice when it comes to working around school. This wednesday I'm printing out a few copies of my resume and going around to some businesses to see about getting an internship, because a 3 month intern is required to graduate. Then in April, I'm flippin done! I can only hope there's Linux servers wherever I get a job.

    mahahaha, i wish you luck.

i am just about to enter college. i have experience setting up xservers, linux servers, windows servers, lamp servers, any kind of server. i also have experience with html xhtml php css javascript and c++. man, i think it will be easy for me to get a job in the future... except website andinternet stuff is not what i want to do. i want to be in video game production.. pixel art would probably be my area of favoritism.

anyhow i spent all day afternoon installing libs to this mac. found a good isometric game engine(FIFE), but there is no mac dmg, so you have to install it manually, and you need like 12 libs and shit to get it working... and to install the libs you needed other libs. it was a pain in my ass. maybe i should just put it on my windows partition.

the engine scripts are based on lua. is that any good? never heard of it.
