Anyone else thinks the Simpsons Movie sucked?

I just watched the simpsons movie and I gotta admit, it sucked donkey dick. Horrible. The whole plot's messed up, for example, the main conflict started cause of some pig droppings dumped into the river?! WTF... The whole movie just didn't feel *alive*. Big disappointment, and don't even get me started on the characters.

no...don't waste your money and watch simpsons in theatres...its the WORST movie i've ever seen, and believe me, I've seen a LOT of movies.

i liked the movie sorta. it was just another episode thats it. EVEN homer said in the beginning of the movie... i cant beleive you paid to see this, and called us suckers. that rite there said it all.


the plot of the pig is pure genius i think the simpsons has always been about makind's stupidity that destroys something we cherrish as a society of earth followed by the attempt to resolve.


but writers throughout the years for the show have been off and on

i think the last greatest season was 7 and possibly 8. after that
the new writers basically degraded the show by having plots that did not tie the simpsons characters as well as minor-major characters...like flanders, smithers and burns.

The movie was good to me ... especially having almost every character cameo'd ...
