whats the best way?

hi all! im in a bit of a predicament at work! there is this girl who ive only spoken to prolly about 6 or 7 times, but im head over heels for her, i get that loving feeling when i look at her and i can just tell she's a girl i want to love. Now my friend has spoken to her best friend and she says im her type, but she's enjoying the single life, that was good and bad but i work during the day and she is after hours, so first of all to help me out my boss has put me on some later shifts so i will be around when she is, but being in my work environment i will have no alone time with her and most things i say will be overherd, i also dont really sit near her. but there will be times when i will be able to move near her when the daytime team leaves, i can also email her but i think at the moment that will be a bit strange becuase i dont really speak to her that much in person. what how do you think is my best way here? ...any advice i would greatly appreciate!! thanks!

That "she's enjoying the single life" comment sounded like it might have been an easy let-down. Sounds like she's not really interested. Besides, you work with her (bad idea). Maybe you should just enjoy the crush.

i was just talk to her by being you. as long as you pull off that you're comfortable with yourself, she'll be fine.

but talk to her in person. sending a random e-mail would seem a little creepy i would think.

Youve got to establish some attraction with her. You can do this a number of ways, at work the easiest would probably be just to flirt. Tease her, be funny, tell interesting stories. Somehow youve got to put into her mind that you are an interesting person that has value. By value I mean, she would have to pursue you in order to have a chance. The work thing allows you to take things slow so just be a fun guy to hang out with then maybe try and set up a group outing for yours and her friends.

yeh i think ill just take it slow, but apparently its quite obvious because i was speaking to my mate at work and i said i was keen on someone and when i told him he said he saw that coming, so i think its prolly best if i keep my mouth shut and just speak directly to her other than try to find out stuff from others....
