Oh Bullshit, I read your other posts. You're a damn liar Sami. This isn't about caring for him. Its about the fact that, deep down, you don't like yourself very much. Helping this guy is your way of making yourself feel better about that. You're a martyr, noone understands your sacrifice, right?

The fact is, you are sacrificing yourself for someone who can't appreciate this. He is selfish and probably dependent on you (feels good, huh.. cmon, admit it). But, what you don't get is that you are actually even more selfish than he is. A least he seems to have a mental illness that is probably affecting his judgement. What about you? By acting the way you are, not standing up for your basic rights and allowing him to treat you like a doormat, you are actually PREVENTING him from getting better. Or at least making it very difficult for him.

Now, he's certainly a coward for taking advantage of you. But you're a complete coward for letting him. Sick or not, you can't treat ppl like shit. If you really care, you'll help him to learn to pull his own socks up. Tough love.
