umm i would ask him "would you like me to ask her something for you?". or you could ask him why..but its only natural if he gets a bit defensive about it.

it depends wholly on the context.
I think, though, if he WAS up to something, he wouldn't be asking you for he rnumber.
I'd ask him why, of course, and I'd ask her about it too. But what if he's planning something with her, for YOU? Is your bday coming up soon? Anniversary? Any special occasion?

i wouldn't give a f*ck.. infact, i try to get all my friends to talk to my gf. and the best part is, when i'm in trouble with her, they are always there to back me up and calm her down before she needs a slap. hahaha
