I was working out at a gym for a while but once I got my body where I wanted it I quit. It just sort of stays in shape now on its own as long as I eat lots of sh*t.

A 1 two hour Street Jazz dance class per week
This workout beats every single other workout routine I have ever tried
Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame

The best workout is being compiting on something:
-Dance
-Weight lifting
-Sports
-Whatever
Compete gives motivation to stay in good shape, because you have to keep it.
For example:
I'm a swimmer, I don't workout to be good looking physically, I just want to win, and that makes me workout hard everyday.
"You attract people by the qualities you display. You keep them by the qualities you possess"
My workouts involve martial arts, reading, developing myself as a person, and having the integrity to not feel the need to brag on a forum about all the heavy things I lift. Seriously, does anyone actually care about anyone else's workout routine?
Oh I don't know, maybe the guy who made the thread "Post your workout routine"?
And I'm glad you have the integrity to not feel the need to brag on a forum about all the heavy things you lift, but I just wish you'd have the integrity not to brag about having the integrity to not feel the need to brag on a forum about all the heavy things you lift.
Work on that for me, champ.
I wasn't bragging. I don't think I'm anything special just because I don't make stupid threads. I just thought it was a little weird to have a discussion about how many situps you do, or how many reps on a dumbell. I might as well make a thread about the order in which I wash myself in the shower.
And don't call me champ, chief.
Would a reverse pushup be a benchpress? Lol, just a thought.
I don't know... but it would make sense. The movement & direction of resistance is the same, isn't it?
This is why I do classes. They yell, I move. Simple.
I would think you'd have to flip to a bench press once pushing your own body weight became too easy? Unless someone sat on you?
Not exactly. Pushups work your entire core. Benchpress wouldn't do much for your abs.
