It's really not that bad. I'll adjust.
I just have to give it some time.
It's just small and cramped... it's in an old rundown building, my kitchen is tiny, it is literally in the hallway to the bathroom... my sinks each have 2 faucets.. 1 for hot 1 for cold.. which is annoying. I'll just miss the little luxuries I had at my old place like AC, dishwasher, tons of closet space and cabinents, a little patio with a nice view of all the trees, the pool!!
But I'm gonna LOVE the money I save, the travel time I save (was nice just walking to work this morning!) and just being closer to everything.
I was just being whiney! I know it will be fine though!
Oh Tone, you should've seen the dumps we lived in as students... I needed to wear earplugs to sleep b/c of the subway that passed every 3-4 minutes, lol.
But we saved a ton of money which paid outright for our first car & house down payment. It is totally worth it.
Just keep it clean in case you bring any honeys home. And have some nice bedding. And suggest you do up *one* room so that it is extra comfy & you can retreat to.
Plants?
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

I got a queen sized bed so no worries there. and I always keep my place clean.

I grew up poor.. my mom was a single mom w/ 3 kids and no child support. I've just been spoiled the last few years in nice places.
Like I said it will be fine.![]()
