What sort of things could you say to a girl which makes them think you really care about them because the only things I can think off are shitty chat up lines?

How about being genuine? You shouldn't have to use lines to show a woman that you care. Actions speak louder than words.

Say whatever youre feeling. That shes unbelievable. You care alot about her so tell her you care alot about her. If the feelings are mutual it wont be nauseating to hear.

OK, maybe it sounds corny, but trust me, it made me melt when my ex told me this.
