I haven't done anything to my girlfriend to annoy her, but recently she's just been real stressy with me, but seems to get on with other people fine ...
is she going off me or is this is girly attention seeking thing ?

hmm.. sometimes when your stressed you take it out on the people you are closest too. I know I am that way sometimes with family/friends. But i realize they are the ones who will understand that its just me being stupid and will snap out of it soon enough and be back to my reg self.

I would give her space until she gets back to normal that way you can avoid any untentional hurtful words.
