He doesnt treat me like a daughter at all, he treats me like someone he is dating...holding doors open, buying dinner, laying his head on my lap when we are watching tv....it's nothing like a father/daughter relationship.

An update:
So I took Cain's advice and went out with him without sleeping with him. Everything went great, we went out to dinner and then came back to my place and just relaxed and watched a movie. Nothing sexual happened this time and it was still great. We both had a great time and I really enjoyed cuddling and hanging out with him.
