Vashti You and Lil 'Wing are the perfect example of what I was talking about. You guys have literally known each other for years. You could fill a book with the correspondence just back and forth between the two of you. And yet you don't seem to particularly like each other. I think that's grand.

A new psychology study at Washington University was no laughing matter: It found that older adults may have a harder time getting jokes because of an age-related decline in certain memory and reasoning abilities………

The research suggested that because older adults may have greater difficulty with cognitive flexibility, abstract reasoning and short-term memory, they also have greater difficulty with tests of humor comprehension.

Findings were published in the Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society.

I think everyone here has a pretty good sense of humour, young and old. They may be different, and we may not understand each other all the time, but it's still funny. We're such a mixed bag, which makes it so interesting.
