i don't think there are necessarily any underlining issues there with arrow, i think all young guys think 'everything' is about power, especially if they have none (i.e control of their own lives)

arrow has self-esteem issues as we all know on LF. but that is something he is working on and hopefully will grow out of once he moves out of home and succeeds in making some new friends. i would imagine you scared him off/tapped into that insecurity by suggesting there is something deeply wrong otherwise.

Of course it's cultural. Anal sex has always been viewed as just plain wrong because it's something that is done for pleasure only. If a man manages to convince his companion to let him **** her in the butt, he had her in a complete way, broke all her resistances. Quite honestly, for a man there's not much difference between penetrating a vagina and an anus other than more friction, but it does excite more to claim that you ****ed her ass because it's "different" and something that is "hard to achieve" with normal women.
