Hello all! So for the past week or 2 me and my new co worker have been hanging out together. so a couple days ago we made it clear that we liked each other. We're not dating persay, But we do cuddle and are pretty touchy feely. We have not had sex or made out..with each other.

We both agreed that we want to take things slow. I'm ready for this to turn into something more, but still at a slow pace of course. As for her, well she said she is not ready.

She just moved here from the east coast and said she has a lot of baggage back home, i don't have 100% details on what that is, but there are no crazy ex's in this story. She says she'll hurt me unintentionally..somehow even if she tries not to.

How long should i wait to see if she is ever ready for a relationship? am i treading on thin ice? should i just stop this now and avoid being hurt?
