    know any great recipes???

Hey guys, by some miraculous act of GOD, I am acquiring domestic tendencies and have been on some kind of cooking kick. I am looking for more recipes to try out so if you have a favorite recipe, or anything that you think tastes really great, please post it here. I'd love to give it a try.

ok this is the best thing ever to eat !! i make it at least once a week for myself. first you take two slices of bread, preferably wheat cause it cooks better than white does. Then you spread butter on one side of each slice. then you stick it in the toaster until its toasted to your likings. then you spread miracle whip (not regular mayo, ewww) on the same side that you buttered. Then place a slice of cheese on each side that you buttered, making a grand total of TWO slices of cheese - yuuummmmm ! and then get TWO, not just one, but TWO slices of ham (or turkey or whatever you like - preferably not balogna because it tastes like spam once heated) in between the two slices of chees as you place them together. - making what seems to be an ordinary sandwhich with butter added.... but you're not done. there's more. Now you have to heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds - 20 will melt the cheese more, but 15 is bare minimum to get the effect that makes it so damned good (and dont try to put it in the oven or anything - it MUST be a micro wave - and if it has power settings set it to HIGH). Now you pull it out, add your letuce and tomatoes if you so please (i dont). Then add pickles. Now sqeeze off some lemon juice all over the inside - the more the merrier - just dont get it all soggy cause thats just nasty... Now springle on some of Tony's salt shit (i think it is Tony's Satcheries or something like that - and make sure its the REGULAR kind or you're gonna **** it all up). And PRESTO ! you have yourself the greatest toasted sandwhich in the world that I invented like 2 years ago.

I can also make some kick ass scrambled eggs if you want me to tell you how i do it. Sometimes I will leave off the pickles (i never put lettuce and tomatoes on it, but if you do, take them off too) and add the scrambled eggs to the sandhich to make a kick ass toasted scrambled egg sandwhich.

Well, I've been looking online a lot lately for some tasty sounding recipes and last night I really wanted to make a cake. So I ended up baking one that sounded interesting, and it turned out SO SO well and everyone I've given some to has loved it. So I thought I would post it here! I know it sounds a little weird, but don't judge it till you try it!

    Coco-Cola Cake

    INGREDIENTS:
    -2 cups all-purpose flour
    -2 eggs
    -2 cups white sugar
    -1 teaspoon baking soda
    -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    -1 cup butter
    -1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
    -3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    -1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
    -1/2 cup buttermilk
    -1/2 cup butter
    -2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    -6 tablespoons cola-flavored carbonated beverage
    -4 cups confectioners' sugar
    -1 cup chopped pecans

    DIRECTIONS:
1 Combine flour and white sugar in mixing bowl. Heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 cup cola soft drink to boiling and pour over the flour and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
2 Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and marshmallows and mix well.
    3 Bake in a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4 While still hot, frost with Coco Cola Frosting: Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons cola soft drink and heat to boiling. Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar and mix well. Mix in chopped nuts and spread over hot cake.

A good cheesecake recipe and easy to make:

    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 large lime or lemon
    1 (sweetened) condensed milk
1 8oz cream cheese (could be light if you wish..the taste is the same to me)

    Blend all these ingredients

Pour into pie crust and bake at 275 for about 45 min..as with everything, keep an eye on it. Don't let it get too dark on you. Just as soon as it gets a little color. Let it cool a little bit and then have some while it's still warm. It's at it's best right at this point. Then when you can't eat any more, store in fridge. Next time you have a piece it'll be a little harder, but still very good.

For a preview, when you pour the blender contents onto the pie crust, whatever is left on the inner walls of the blender, you can eat that!
