Need some advice

Hello, everyone. I'm new to the forum. Getting down to it, there's someone I occasionally see at my place of work. I just started working on a regular basis there about a month and a half ago. Before that I would see her on a few occasions. Due to my work schedule (work there right before closing and after) I only get to see here for a little while, and at a rec center where my brother and I work out, as well as her. I was attracted to her from the first time I saw her. I know she's single as well.

On the night of the presidential election the three of us were watching the election coverage. I was standing behind her watching the coverage when she looked back at me, we made eye contact and smiled at each other for like 10 seconds. Before that she would rarely say anything to me. Now she occasionally says stuff to me.

So here's the advice I need. If you liked someone and knew she's single but only got to see here a few times a week, how would you go about it? I'm thinking my best time to talk to her would be at the Rec Center where we all workout. I'm shy and that doesnt help matters any.

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you

When you workout and actually work out hard to the point breaking a serious sweat you generally get a raging appetite. I would make it a point to talk to her and at least let her feel you up (in a non physical way). God there has to be a better way to phrase what I just said, anyway....When you feel comfortable and you think she does, ask her to go grab something to eat after working out.

Don't be shy!!! =)) If you like her, you should approach to her, and talk about something. Girls will never srart talking to you first.
