i'm sure there is more to it than what you just mentioned; or else she's just a bitch. ask her more deeply whats going on. most of the time when someone acts like a bitch there may be more to the story that they are not revealing. ask and ye shall receive

if she gets easily angry on small things, she should undergo anger management. you must atleast site some events where she gets upset,so we'll know if she really has the reason to be angry.

And on that note, I don't think "willingly" suffering injury ever helps anyone or anything. Learning from accidental injury helps, otherwise its all planned in your head. You can learn from what you create; you can create from what you learn.

Maybe, you're just not compatible. Sounds like she's looking for a lot of attention and you just can't give her all that attention. Which is completely reasonable as long as you give her a proper amount, however if you truly like someone it comes naturally.
Perhaps try seeing girls closer to you? Where you can interact in person, as the Internet can be a tad bit impersonal when it comes to these things.
