DVI. I use a DVI to HDMI cable.

Yeah. You will see a huuuuge difference. It's worth it. Just don't get your cable from Best Buy. I don't know how it is in Australia, but in the US Best Buy sells 10 dollar cables at an 800% mark-up.

When it comes to DVI and HDMI cables get the cheapest ones. They're digital and quality isn't going to make a difference in picture like it would with an analog signal.

I'm so lucky. I bargained a bit with the guy at the store and got a 1080 one for the same price!! They were out of stock at the time, but they are getting one in I should have it by weekend. All reviews I read were great for this one. I'm really happy!

I got it!!!
Man, it's so freaking awesome. I didn't realize how many free hdtv channels there are since all I had was analogue before. Apart from two extra channels for all major channels here we have all kinds of sports, government, community and geography channels as well. Even something bizarre called ACC (Australian Christian Channel) which mostly broadcasts funny Religious programming from US.
The quality is awesome! I watched an episode of Sopranos on it yesterday and I think I need to re-watch all of them again.Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
