Of course, some women aren't "good" at sex. Just some guys aren't. Not everyone is a sex machine. As for why, it could be a host of different reasons. Maybe it's selfishness or a sense of entitlement? Maybe insecurity or nervousness? Some kind of hang-up? If you're expecting every woman you sleep with to be a porn star--well, it's kind of like playing the lottery. The more people you sleep with, the worse your odds of getting satisfaction.
Here's a thought. Why not stop sleeping with every girl you see and actually try out a relationship with one of those women? Maybe if you're patient and communicative, the sex will get better?
