We just bought a house tog. jan of last year as well as the engagment damn what a mistake. I just dont no anymore. You guys are all great though for helping and giving me something to talk to about it.

If that's what you decide to do then you won't be the first breaking off an engagement. I also did the house and ring thing. I almost had to go to court to get some of our things sorted out. He became incredibly stubborn and I'm sure your guy will too. I decided to let most of my things go to avoid too much drama.

This breakup may help his self esteem and what other issues he has. It is also showing him that he is not ready for marriage.
