Anyway, this is why we have Facebook. Yes, it's for grownups, too.
I suppose it's possible considering the effort my friends expended in helping me survive the first time my (now) wife left me and the pain it caused me. On the other hand they were fine w/ hanging out w/ the two of us last year at Thanksgiving time. In fact, we all seemed to be having a good time then.

Most of these friends are already in my "Facebook", Myspace, Livejournal, Twitter, and various other accounts. So they get regular updates of what I'm doing, what I'm thinking, and feedback on a normal basis from me. That is, for those that log in regularly themselves to update.
"Well, then," the Cat went on, "you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad."

Yeah, I can't really do that. It's one of those things where I need to be in contact in case something happens to someone. Your father having a heart attack and your family not being able to reach you for 12 hours will do that to you.

And you weren't actually offering advice, you were insinuating that I had failed to nurture the friendship.

i was also insinuating that they probably wanted to spend exclusive time with their family like i do and that also maybe they weren't real friends, its a fact of life, people change, i won't keep contacting someone if i get no contact back. whats the point.

Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt. Dance like nobody's watching
