But seriously now, you should see an "Admin" button on the right side of the screen next to some other functions.
It should take you to a screen with some babble on it, and there is a little box with more options on the far left, one of which is "bulk actions" click that, and it draws up a lot of pictures, kinda of randomly, you can sort them with the drop down menu, but just search out the photo fill the little circle in the "delete" column, and when you got all the pictures you want to delete on that page, go to the bottom and hit the Submit button.
It's a pain in the ass, but I've already gone through a few times to get rid of the shit.
