Do You Only Flirt Within Your League?

The current girl I'm after is what I would consider "out of my league" but I've grown confident and such enough that I can approach her.

First off, for guys...you just have to "not care"...by that I mean "don't care if you look like a goof doing so-and-so" or "don't care if you get a 'no'"...having that kind of attitude helps out a lot. Don't take yourself too seriously and you'll do fine...but don't come off as too cocky...a little is fine, too much is a turn-off.

Looks are the first impression...if you're a super hot girl and dressed super hot...you will typically be deemed "unapproachable"...especially if surrounded by fellow girlfriends who would "protect you". Only smooth guys can work in that way, but more often than not...these type of guys aren't the ones you want are they ladies? Especially at the bar/club.

I'm going to have to disagree on some points. I don't think a league (for women) is based solely on looks. It's based on overall approachability. A gorgeous girl who is flirtatious and fun is going to be very approachable vs. a woman who is gorgeous, but not the outgoing and flirtatious type is going to not be approachable. The first woman is definitely in league. The second woman would be considered "out of your league." My opinion on the matter.

Personally, if I'm sober, then yes, I tend to flirt with what I consider to be in my league. If I've had a couple, I get quite happy and outgoing and will tend to flirt with all women. The out of your league, the in your league, and even the below your league.

I don't have a league. What nonsense. I'll flirt with anyone I'm interested in, I don't care how hot they are or what profession they're in. If they think they're too good for me, well, they have an ego problem and I'm not interested then anyways.

I don't really buy into the idea of leagues; those are just imaginary fences people put up around themselves.

If a guy not confident enough to talk to another "out of his league", then he probably has a lot to work on himself before he can get anywhere in dating.

I have no choice but to step down a league, otherwise women would need to evolve a bit more before one would actually attain awesome at which my league exists.
