Touching/rubbing her belly with both her hands "It's here in my belly" and then, touching/rubbing her inner thighs close to her bikini line (her palms forming an inverted triangle), she said "It's here too. I was sitting with my legs crossed". There was a pink colored chair in the room. She said "It's between this color and red". It made me uncomfortable (if you know what I mean). I just responded "Oh ok". She then uttered "ouch" when she sat back on the chair again. Her actions are kinda provocative.

a girl and a guy alone in a room. guy gets a sunburn. yep, your regular sexual harrasment scenario. most women would file it asap.

You might be different. But, certain women try to abuse the power they have got.
I'm only going by what you wrote. Perhaps there was more to the story, but the way you described it seems benign to me unless I insert a lot of innuendo. I see this type of behavior every single day at work (literally), and I don't feel harassed.

If you are looking for a lawsuit, you'd better do a better job telling this story.

Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

Of course this is flirty/provocative behaviour. Assuming it happened exactly as your describe. NOT just 'being friendly' and absolutely not normal for the workplace unless you work in a massage parlour.

This is a woman on the prowl, looking for trouble. Messing with your head for sure. Probably issues in her marriage. Do not engage her in these conversations, and avoid staying behind in the meeting room unless you are looking for trouble or a new job.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

That statement goes both ways, believe me.

Yeah, I know I'm just that hot...

Wow. Where do you work? And, I think I mentioned "certain" women. Did I say "all the women" in the world?
I wouldn't ruin someone's career by filing a lawsuit. I just don't want anyone to set me up and file a lawsuit. I should probably take IndiReloaded's advice.

    I work in a hospital.

Did I SAY you said all women in the world?

But for the record - the title of your thread kind of implies all women. To answer your original question, yes: some women "provoke" men at work. However, I guess what people consider "provocative" is a matter of opinion.

FYI, it's unclear to me which of these posts was reported as being "rude". Do you want to clarify that, coolindian?
