A few minutes after i had gotten into work yesterday i started to feel like i was about to pass out. I went into the back room and leaned down on the ground for a bit and my manager told me to sit down on the chair. It started to get worse, i began getting hot and cold flashes. For about 10 minutes or so i felt like i couldn't breathe along with feeling pretty nauseous and my throat felt extremely dry.
i'm thinking it might be a combination of things...i was very stressed lately and due to winter road conditions, driving made me even more stressed. i almost slid off the road a couple of times and even though i left twice as early for work i was still late.
Does anyone know what it could be that caused this to happen last night?
