Nightmarish Deja-Vu

It wasn't so much a struggle of self value... it was more of a realization of inevitability --- I will inevitably hit the ground... I will be burned alive... I will be capture.. and there is nothing I can do to stop it... That's the theme for most of my nightmares...

Some of my other nightmares involved being abandoned... humiliated... beaten to a bloody pulp.. and even murdered...

All of them were incredibly vivid, very real, and sometimes I was a 'different person' with memories of 'another life'.. etc.

Needless to say, I have quite an overactive imagination... which is probably why I draw so much.

I meant not inside of the nightmares but in real life. What was your self value like while you were awake at the time? (e.g the day before the nightmare)
