    I have found my home:)

Hey everybody, I have already been posting here a while, but I have yet to properly introduce myself. My name is Mike and I'm 30 years old. I have been online for about 15 years now, so half of my life. And I have posted on countless different boards, a lot of them are already gone, and since my last favorite board went down, I had a hard time finding a place where I can post and be myself like over here. The truth is that I LOVE helping people, and I love making people think, and this is the perfect place for that. You all are really nice, and at the same time very brutally honest, and that is the exact same way that I am. I have a great sense of humor, but at the same time, I know when to be serious.

There is no way that you could ever offend or make me feel bad by words. I love words, and I love when people express themselves, so feel free to always be 100% honest with me, I can take it. As a matter of fact I love it, I love being challenged, so anything you have to say, you can say it to me. I don't get intimidated by words, I get motivated, inspired and empowered by them. Every negative comment that is thrown my way, I turn it into a way to make myself stronger. It's just another thing to think about, question myself about, and make myself better if need be. Every negative comment towards me, I take as a positive, and I feel as if that's one of my strongest gifts. So if you ever have anybody that is bullying you online, or trying to bring you down, shoot me a PM and I will put them in their place. It's virtually impossible for anybody to win an argument with me online. Mostly for the simple fact that I don't take myself seriously at all, unless I have to. I don't care if people laugh with me, laugh at me, it's all the same to me, as long as I make people laugh and think, I have done what I have set out to do. And by that, i feel practically invincible when I'm posting online. I absolutely love to write and help people, so anything that you need, just contact me and I will surely be able to help in one way or another.

I just have a couple of questions on proper etiquette on here. First off, when somebody sends a "thank you" is it the right thing to do, to send them a thanks right back? Do people that give you thanks here, expect the same in return? How exactly does it work? Because I want to play by the rules and not upset anybody who just has the best intentions in mind. Basically, that's the only question. And if you ever need a mod, or anybody to help keep order or peace, I am the one to ask.

Have a great day everybody, and thank you for reading. I'm looking forward to posting here for years to come, if you all will have me!

People use the thank you button when they appreciate someone's response for any reason, whether it be for good advice, making a good joke, or simply that the thanker agreed with what's been posted. I wouldn't take the thanks button too seriously.

And welcome to the forum, BTW.

I have seen, and been through enough in my real life, that it's hard for me to even get baited into any argument, with anyone online. It takes a whole lot to get me going these days, usually I don't even give them a chance to get started. I could be your best friend, seems like these days I'm everybody's friend, online and in real life. I don't even think that I've made any real enemies. I get along with practically anybody, it's all just so effortless since I've realized what is truly important in life, and it's definitely not any petty argument. As long as you are yourself, as long as you are honest, I don't have a problem.

I had a dream that you and I were making out in front of my husband, raver. I woke up feeling sooooo guilty!

    Run well you can,
I was going to type more insightful stuff here but I'm getting some unfortunate bowel movements.
