I'm here because I want to help make my marriage work better, for us and for our kids.
We have our ups and downs but the main reason I have come here is that we have always had communication 'conflicts' and I have decided to try to find ways to communicate and live more harmoniously together as different people with different styles but with a better way of managing day-to-day pressures of life without regressing to childhood behaviour ourselves!
