Meeting in 3 weeks

So, my second question here, and I must say I love all the advice you are giving! It's usually very clear and honest, and always good! I'd like to thank everyone for that.

Here's my question (it may sound very weird and complicated what I am about to tell, but i try to be clear):

I've met a girl on the internet (no, don't say i'm screwed now, or to give up because i wont), a long time ago. We both live in Finland, but we are both of an other nationality. She lives in the very northern part of Finland, above the Polar Circle and I live in the capital, Helsinki. There is a distance of like 600km between us, so I can't just jump on a bicycle and take her for a walk or meet her.

Anyways, we have been chatting A LOT and during a long period of time we started to like each other.... and like each other...... and now we chat every day, we have webcam conversations, we say nice things about each other and we really really want to see each other (I am 100% sure of it). I think I'm even a bit in love (or am I? I haven't seen her so could it even be possible? I'd like advice on this please)

Now, in 3 weeks there will be a party here in Helsinki, for all people of the nationality we carry in Finland and there will be like 500 people.... including her. She's gonna come to my city, and we will meet for the first time.


It's hard to ask this the right way, because I just don't know what I exactly mean....

What should I do when she comes? What should I say to her? Should I buy her gifts? Should I hug her? Should I tell her I love her, even if it might not be possible?? I just don't know what to do when she comes..... But I reallyreallyreallyreallyreally want to see her! And she wants to see me too!

Could anyone please give some advice ? I am just "empty" if I think about what to do when I see her....

well theres a simple way to answer(if a question can be classed as an answer?) all those questions with 1 question... what happens next?

i mean what if;

- if u tell her u love her and she says she loves u too and then what? u have a LDR?
- if u tell her u love her and she doesnt quite feel the same?
- if u dont feel that spark? do u try and see if it'll come with time or stop dead?
- if nothing happens, do u carry on as normal (by this 1 i mean if she isnt alone or she just doesnt have enough time to spend with u at this party - i dont mean there's no connection as above)

think about where u see this going before u make ur mind up

It's a bit complicated for me (the whole situation is), I am very attracted to her and I would do anything for her, I would like to tell her I love her, but I'm afraid she will become.. confused when i tell her , because I have never seen her in real life. Would it be ok if I tell her that I like her very much (if yes, HOW???), and in that way find out if she feels the same like what I feel? I mean, we will ofcourse talk a LOT when I see her, but I'm not confident about wether I should reveal my feelings to her or not.

Dang it's hard to explain the whole situation, it's so complicated, but this is basicly what's going on, and I appreciate all help/advice.
