I'd continue. Dating isn't all about sex. Personally to me, if my sex life went sour, so what? He makes me happy and that is all that matters to me. Instead of giving up and making him feel like a failure and whatnot, read books or manuals. If you think the sex is bad, he's gonna think it every time he is with you or someone else if you broke up.
