Well, pretend I'm your mom (I'm old enough). Here we go:
What do you mean, you want to MEET her? You haven't met her? How does this make her a girlfriend? How can you even be sure she's really a girl and not some furry 50-year-old in Michigan with too much time on his hands and a penchant for teenage boys?

I am HOPING you mean you would like to meet with your girlfriend over the summer - not that you haven't actually met her yet!
I have a teenage boy. He just tells me that he wants me to meet someone he likes a lot. Your mom should be expecting that you like girls by now, and if she is anything like me, she will go out of her way to be nice to your girlfriends. Only dumb mothers make trouble with the girl that steals her boy's heart.
Anyway, my guess is that your mom will be happy that you decide to share. We HATE the secretiveness that comes with early teenagehood, and like when our children are more open. Just be sure your girlfriend is mom-friendly: tell her not to come dressed like a hooker, cover any tattoos, take out any facial piercings, avoid using potty-mouth language, and be friendly.
"Mom, I met this new girl from my guild in World of Warcraft, she's really great. We're getting married next month and I want you to be there."

You fear your own anger, the drive to do great and terrible things."

if she is an online girl... my advice is get her on a webcam or get some pics and have her call you on the phone so she can talk to your mom
She's real... I've never communicated with her over internet ^^
I guess I'll just tell my mom in some way :3
I think he means: he had a girl he was talking to and now they became closer and he would like to continue meeting her during summer hollidays and wonders how he should bring that to his mom.

Ask you mom if you can have her over for dinner. That's usually the best traditional way.
And yes, the wording makes it sound like you met her somewhere not in person and now that she is your gf, you wish to meet in real life.
Would you like to give us the real story?
Is your mom, a not very nice person who doesn't want you to date? What's your relationship with your mom?

I don't think she would think It's bad... Though I'm embarrassed to tell her ^^
I've always been somewhat shy. So i just want something like a recipe of in what way i should tell her.
Tell her this: Mom, there's this girl I like, and I want you to meet her so you can help me look good in front of her. I want her to see that I come from a good family.
^^ This will make your mom your ally rather than the enemy of your girl.
Conversely, you could say: Mom, I need some dating advice, and I know you'd be better at this than I am. Do you think it's a good idea to meet the family early on, or is it better to wait for a while so she isn't scared off?
Trust me on this.

tux_maniac, this is a bit off topic, but are you sure it's just shyness and not lack of self esteem?
Sometimes it's hard to make the difference.
There are ways to work on improving your confidence and self esteem btw.

Do you have any tutorials?
Does it really matter?
