Today a bunch of black people said that I must be swingin 10. I don't know wtf that means. Sometimes black people talk and I don't know what the hell they are saying.

maybe they meant penis size (10"), and it was used to say you have a lot of nerve or confidence? Like "yo, what's that white dude doing in our neighborhood...he must be swinging ten".
