Ok last night when i was sleeping, i was on my back, but when i woke up my arm was under my pillow and it was numb, now when i pull my arm out, and wait for the numbness to go away, i notice on the inside of the elbow(facing towards me) there are little red spots, like someone poked me with needles while i was asleep, not huge ones, but like little pin pricks.
anyone know what they are? and even better, anyone know how to make them dissapear
PS i do not have eczema or any skin conditions thankfully

Probably just some fleas, ticks, bedbugs... or some other creepy crawly that likes to drink blood or eat dead skin cells.
When was the last time you vacuumed and cleaned the sheets?
