My best friend who is a girl obviously gave me a kiss on the neck while her and I were hugging but it seems it wasn't an innocent kiss on the neck and turned out to be a hickey she wasn't drunk either when it happened. What does this mean? Please help me I don't know what to do now. Same girl as last time.

A hickey is both a very intimate form of kissing and an identification badge. I assume the two of you are very young ... high school? It's a way she can show to everyone else that you have a girlfriend and you're "taken."
I don't know what you are asking when you ask what you can do now. They wear off (or just look like an old bruise) in less than a week, meanwhile wear a turtleneck.
